In-House Recruiter

SimpleCITI is a diversified private investment platform backed by the Zade Family Office, with operations spanning commercial real estate, specialty finance, AI infrastructure, and litigation finance. As the business continues to grow across multiple lines of investment activity, talent coordination plays an important role in keeping hiring processes organized, responsive, and efficient.

This role is well suited to someone who is highly attentive, detail-oriented, and dependable in follow-up. As an In-House Recruiter, you will help keep recruiting activity moving by staying on top of candidate flow, coordinating next steps, and supporting a smooth scheduling process for internal stakeholders and applicants. The position is focused on execution, organization, and consistency rather than deep subject-matter expertise in every role being recruited.
Responsibilities

• Monitor the recruiting platform and Workable applicant tracking system, and schedule meetings on the principals' calendars, whether in person or virtual.

Requirements
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Some in-house recruiting experience.
• Experience using Workable ATS.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate follow-up.
• Experience communicating with principals and candidates to schedule interviews and handle follow-up.
• Experience working in a family office environment.
