Lead Pastor of New Church Experience Location - Tucson, AZ

Lead Pastor opportunity involves leading, preaching approximately 70‑85% of the time, launching a new campus or relaunching a merger in a city of your choice. You will build a launch team, raise initial funds, and guide the campus’s growth. Financial responsibilities include raising an initial capital through personal networks, church plant funds, and tithes from the launch team. A full‑time role becomes possible once sufficient resources are secured; initial bi‑vocational arrangements may be used.
