Corporate Finance Manager

To support high-visibility, mission-critical projects, the full-time Corporate Finance Manager will manage capital raising transactions, investor and banker relations, and strategic finance initiatives while working remotely. Key responsibilities Evaluate and execute debt and equity capital raising transactions, overseeing the entire process from analysis to execution Manage relationships with current and potential capital partners, enhancing engagement and fulfilling reporting requirements Develop financial models and reporting materials for management and board meetings, collaborating cross-functionally within the organization Required qualifications 3-5 years of investment banking and/or private equity experience Extensive experience in building financial and operating models for capital raising and M&A transactions Interest in leveraging AI tools for workflow efficiency and quality improvement Demonstrated academic achievement with an undergraduate degree from a top-tier university
