Senior Payroll Accountant

To support payroll operations for a growing international workforce, the remote Senior Payroll Accountant will manage payroll calculations, coordinate with external providers, and ensure the accuracy of personnel-related expenses across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities Calculate payroll and personnel-related expenses for assigned entities Coordinate payroll-related activities and manage communication with external payroll providers Perform payroll-related account reconciliations and support month-end closing activities Required qualifications 6+ years of accounting experience with significant exposure to payroll accounting Strong understanding of payroll accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes Experience working with external payroll providers and supporting payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions Familiarity with payroll requirements in the UAE and UK is an advantage Proven ability to establish and improve processes in a fast-growing environment
