Requirements
- Current RN licensure
- Experience in ICU/CCU
- BLS and ACLS certifications

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
- Oversee, direct, and supervise nursing staff on the unit.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe nursing care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in unit quality improvement initiatives.
