Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital is a 703-bed acute care teaching hospital and the flagship facility of Carilion Clinic. It is the region's only Level I Trauma Center (Adult & Pediatrics), Magnet-designated for nursing excellence, and affiliated with the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine.
