Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapists to make a real difference in the lives of students for the upcoming school year. This contract opportunity offers rewarding, hands-on work with children in the Lillington, NC area, starting August 2026 and continuing through late May 2027. Work closely with school-based teams, supporting students’ access to education and daily activities in a collaborative environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and current Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in North Carolina
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required
• Knowledge of best practices for pediatric therapy and IEP processes
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to adapt and serve a caseload that may include students with diverse needs

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students, in accordance with IEP goals and district requirements
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Work collaboratively with teachers, other therapists, and special education staff
• Provide consultation and support for classroom staff and families
• Travel between campuses in the district as necessary (specific assignment details to be discussed)
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
