Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Packaging Assistant for immediate start to help prepare, organize, and package landscaping materials, supplies, and equipment for transportation and daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a growing team in an entry-level operations role. Key Responsibilities Prepare and package materials, supplies, and equipment for daily job assignments Label and organize items for efficient distribution and storage Assist with loading and unloading deliveries Inspect packaged items for accuracy and quality Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and storage area Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines Support warehouse and operations staff as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse, packaging, or general labor experience is a plus but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail and organization skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Willingness to learn and follow established procedures Compensation & Benefits Pay: $18 - $23 per hour Immediate start available Full-time stable schedule Paid training provided Opportunities for advancement within operations teams Work Schedule Monday to Friday Occasional overtime and weekend work based on operational needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
