Now Hiring: Warehouse AssociateSnow and Jones, Inc. is hiring a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Norwell, MA warehouse team. You'll play an important role in keeping inventory organized, customer orders accurate, and products moving efficiently from our warehouse to our customers. If you're someone who likes to stay active, takes pride in doing the job right, and enjoys working with a team, we'd love to meet you!What You'll DoLoad and unload incoming shipments, transfers, and delivery trucksPick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficientlyReceive, inspect, and verify incoming productsStock and organize inventory throughout the warehouseSupport daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control activitiesIdentify and report damaged products or inventory discrepanciesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouseFollow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelinesWork closely with warehouse and branch teams to keep operations running smoothlyParticipate in training and help identify ways to improve warehouse efficiencyWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn.Previous warehouse, shipping & receiving, distribution, order fulfillment, or material handling experience preferredAbility to regularly lift and move up to 50 poundsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication and organizational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environmentBasic math skills for inventory counts and order verificationExperience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plusWhy Join Snow and Jones?At Snow and Jones, we believe good people are the key to a successful company.
