Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fund Accountant to support the accounting, reporting, and administration of our venture capital funds and management company. This is a hybrid position with a flexible work arrangement.

 

Duties:

-Assist with accounts payable, payments, reimbursements, and account reconciliations

-Prepare quarterly fund reports and assist with related financial reporting

-Maintain fund, LP, and portfolio investment records and supporting documentation

-Assist with capital calls, distributions, cash flow tracking, and other fund activities

-Maintain and update fund information in eFront and other internal records

-Work with PwC and other service providers by preparing and providing information for tax filings, audits, and other reporting

-Perform other accounting and fund administration duties as needed

 

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting

-1–3 years of accounting, fund administration, or related experience preferred

-Good understanding of basic accounting principles

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks and eFront preferred

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

-Good written and verbal communication skills

-Bilingual English/Mandarin Chinese preferred

 

Compensation:

$70,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
