Job Overview Full‑time Clinician in West Houston, TX. This pediatric clinical outpatient position focuses exclusively on infants, providing treatment for plagiocephaly and ear shape correction using the DOC Band® and EarWell®. Clinicians evaluate and treat infants, build strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process, and may come from a variety of professional backgrounds, including PT/OT, RN, prosthetist‑orthotist, and other allied health professionals. Responsibilities Treat infants with the DOC Band® to reshape head shapes. Correct ear shapes with EarWell®. Conduct evaluations and manage treatment plans for plagiocephaly and related conditions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with families at every stage of care. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist. At least 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off‑the‑shelf orthotic devices (e.g., splints, braces, maternity belts). Preferred Background PT or OT with knowledge of symmetry, asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, infant/toddler development. Registered Nurse with experience in hands‑on patient care and family compassion. Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotist or Orthotist with hands‑on orthotic experience.
