We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to be part of our team at our clinic in Copperfield (NW Houston). We take immense pride in nurturing talent and offer: In-house paid training Continuing education units Mentorship program Opportunities for professional development and leadership Superb working environment Responsibilities Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic, balance/vestibular, and personal injury patients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices Perform fall risk screenings and administer Fyzical's proprietary balance protocols Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and on time in our EMR system Collaborate with our PTA and support staff to deliver seamless, high-quality patient care Communicate with referring physicians, attorneys, and other providers as needed Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture Experience Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Active Texas PT license (or eligibility — new grads actively pursuing licensure welcome) Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Interest in or experience with balance, vestibular, or fall prevention (training provided) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, PI-friendly clinic environment Detail-oriented with timely, accurate documentation habits A team player who takes ownership of their patients and their outcomes What Sets Us Apart Performance-based bonus structure Specialized Fyzical balance & vestibular training included Supportive, independently owned clinic — you're not just a number Collaborative team with a PTA on staff Mentorship and clinical development support Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week Benefits: Continuing education credits Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers
