Why This Role Matters As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our project teams-supporting the Project Manager and ensuring every detail is accounted for. You'll help bring projects to life by managing timelines, budgets, and communications, all while delivering exceptional service to our clients. What You'll Do Support the Project Manager with planning, coordination, and execution of projects. Handle administrative tasks, track budgets, prepare invoices, and manage vendor relationships. Serve as a key point of contact for clients-ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction throughout each project. Set up project systems and documentation to keep everything organized and on track. Coordinate project teams and resources, maintaining schedules and deliverables. Monitor progress, identify issues, and help implement solutions. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders. Assist with quality assurance and post-project evaluations. What You Bring 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, account management, or customer service. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and collaborate across teams. Education: Associate's degree preferred, but we welcome candidates with a high school diploma and relevant experience.
