Your Role

• Leverage our innovative platform along with your own network to source potential healthcare candidates
• Engage with prospective candidates to introduce them to MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our dedicated recruiters for comprehensive screenings
• Follow up with leads to ensure ongoing interest and facilitate their hiring journey
• Keep organized and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Reap the rewards of your efforts through commissions calculated on successful meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and hires made from your outreach
