Gastroenterology PhysicianJob Type: Locum Tenens Location: Morgantown, WV Service Setting: Hospital Coverage Period: Oct 01, 2026 – Apr 01, 2027 Patient Volume/Census: Endo: 12-20 procedures/day; Clinic: 10-12 patients/day Case Mix: General GI, Advanced GI, Endoscopy, ERCP, EUS No. of Beds in Department: 189 (hospital) Trauma Level: Level IV EMR System: Cerner Credentialing Timeline: 60 days Required Procedures: General GI procedures Advanced GI procedures Endoscopy (Endo) ERCP EUS Licenses: Active WV license or IMLC Board: BC required DEA: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Duties & Responsibilities: Provide clinic coverage for gastroenterology patients. Perform endoscopic procedures including endoscopy, ERCP, and EUS. Manage inpatient consultations and call coverage. Collaborate with support staff and other specialists. Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR.
