Shifts: 2 weekend and 2 weeknight call shifts per month


Seven Healthcare are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in PACU - Post Anesthetic Care for a travel assignment in Rochester, NY. This opportunity is within a leading short-term acute care facility that needs dedicated RNs for the care of postoperative patients.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care

• Administer care to patients in Phase I and Phase II PACU and recovery stages
• Perform endo/laparoscopic procedures and manage post-operative pain
• Ensure proper monitoring of patients in recovery, including ortho and spine cases
• Mandatory competency in phlebotomy and IV placement

Requirements of the RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care

• Valid NY Nursing License
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in a similar setting
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Experience with EPIC charting system
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility
