Hybrid Role based in Tampa (3 days onsite) We are a digital company seeking a Content Marketing Manager to develop, manage, and optimize digital content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role oversees content strategy and execution across websites, blogs, presentations, events, email campaigns, and other marketing channels while ensuring consistency with brand standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with exceptional writing, project management, and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Create, edit, and manage digital content that supports marketing and business objectives. Lead website content initiatives, including content updates, optimization, and website enhancement projects. Monitor website traffic and engagement metrics to identify opportunities and improve content performance. Manage the company\'s library of marketing content and digital assets. Coordinate blog development, SEO optimization, and content publishing. Lead development of event presentations and marketing collateral, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Review and edit content for quality, brand consistency, grammar, and clarity. Support email, social media, landing page, and other digital marketing campaigns. Assist with content publishing through WordPress, HubSpot, and Salesforce, and provide presentation design support as needed. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets. Education Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. Required Experience 8–10 years of content marketing or content management experience. Experience leading website redesigns and digital content initiatives. Experience with AI content generation tools. Strong project management, writing, editing, and presentation development skills. Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEO, and digital analytics. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
