Data Analyst - Power BI

Piper Companies is seeking a Data Analyst to join a mission-driven Digital Transformation team focused on reshaping how patients and providers interact through innovative digital solutions. This role plays a key part in enabling data-driven decision making by transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, product performance, and meaningful business outcomes. This position is fully remote, with occasional travel for team-building on client site.OverviewIn this role, you will partner with product, clinical, operational, and analytics stakeholders to understand business objectives, prepare and model data, and deliver reporting that clearly communicates progress toward key product goals. You will support the development of KPIs, build Power BI dashboards, and provide analytical insights that guide product and operational decisions.
