As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and contribute to the health and happiness of our residents. Position: Licensed Practical Nurse Reasons to work at Edenbrook North: $5,000 Sign on for FT Shift! Shift Differentials - PMs: $3/hr., & NOCs: $2/hr. Starting pay between $32 -37.50/hr., based on experience. Tuition Reimbursement/ Loan Repayment up to $5,250 a year PRN rate at $35 (No Shift differential) Employee referral bonuses. Weekend Warrior Programs are available Responsibilities: Conducted health assessments and created personalized care plans for each resident. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols. Monitor residents' vital signs and promptly address any changes in health status. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and person-centered care. Assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs and activities. Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and promote preventive care. Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate and appropriate interventions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident medical records. Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and their families. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Requirements You love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile!
