Maintain a Caseload: Manage approximately 15 clients per week, providing consistent, quality care. Complete Clinical Documentation: Submit session notes, treatment plans, and case reviews promptly and accurately. Collaborate with a Team: Work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure client success. Contribute to Our Mission: Participate in team meetings, training, and collaborate with Ellie staff to break down mental health barriers. Who We’re Looking For A pre‑licensed mental health professional (ALC, LMSW, LMFTA) or someone close to obtaining full licensure. Experience with therapy services, community resources, and mental health documentation. Ability to complete DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is a plus).
