Job Title
Prepare and cook food quickly while maintaining high quality standards. Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a strong sense of urgency. Follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation guidelines. Execute efficient food production (cook less, more often). Ensure order accuracy and consistency across all menu items. Collaborate with team members to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
Strong work ethic and reliability. Team player with good communication skills. Able to multitask and stay focused in a high-volume environment. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

This job posting is for an opportunity at a Chick-fil-A® Restaurant business independently owned and operated by a local franchised Operator. You will be a probationary team member whose performance will be evaluated over a 90 day trial period. If you meet expectations you will be offered an official position at the end of this period.
