Construction Resources Management
Construction Resources Management is seeking a strategic HR Operations Manager to elevate our HR function as we expand nationally. This role involves leading HR operations, managing technology, and ensuring compliance across 48 states. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR operations, particularly in a multi-state context, and be comfortable navigating both union and non-union landscapes.
