Reconstruction Project Manager

Reconstruction Project Manager (Xactimate Required | Local Candidates Only) Build projects. Lead teams. Deliver exceptional customer experiences. We’re looking for a Reconstruction Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects—from initial estimate to final walkthrough—while delivering top-tier service to every customer. What You’ll Do Own the entire project lifecycle from estimate through completion Evaluate, sell, and negotiate reconstruction projects with customers and clients Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines Write and manage scopes using Xactimate Coordinate and oversee multiple subcontractors and vendors Visit job sites daily to ensure progress, quality, and safety Maintain clear, consistent communication with customers and all stakeholders Ensure permits, documentation, and subcontractor compliance are up to date Perform final walkthroughs to guarantee customer satisfaction What You Bring Proven experience in reconstruction, restoration, or construction project management Strong working knowledge of Xactimate (required) Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience managing subcontractors and budgets Work Environment Active, hands‑on role with time spent both in the field, in office, and driving between job sites Exposure to outdoor conditions (including heat) Physical activity including climbing ladders, working at heights, and navigating tight spaces Benefits Dental insurance Free uniforms Paid time off Vision insurance Bonus based on performance Company car Competitive salary Local candidates only – this is an on‑site role requiring travel to local job sites.
