About The Role Bohler’s Greater Charlotte (Charlotte, NC) office is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex land development projects, commercial, residential, and industrial, across the region. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of development, from feasibility and design to permitting and construction support, driving results that exceed client expectations and foster long‑term growth. You’ll set the pace for project excellence, elevating your team’s performance, strengthening client partnerships, and shaping outcomes that reflect Bohler’s impact on the communities we serve.
