What You Will Do:
Centro Incorporated is hiring a Machine Operator to operate rotational molding equipment and produce high-quality products. This role ensures processes are followed, defects are prevented, and production runs safely and efficiently.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate rotational molding machines and related equipment
- Set up molds; load/unload and maintain molds properly
- Follow Product Summary Reports (PSRs) and quality processes
- Monitor product during production and adjust machine settings as needed
- Identify defects and take corrective action
- Complete production records accurately
- Communicate across shifts to ensure consistency
- Support training and assist team members as needed
- Follow all safety requirements and wear required PPE
What We're Looking For:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to use tools, machinery, and basic computer systems
- Willingness to learn and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing experience and familiarity with power tools
- Experience with molding or similar production equipment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic mechanical ability or interest in working with tools
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude are a must
