The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.This position is hourly and is eligible for applicable shift differentials and Sunday/holiday premiums.In a status of at least 16 hours per week, employees are benefit eligible.What is required for this position:Upon hire, you must have:Associate of Nursing (ASN) or equivalent required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.Indiana Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Registered Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required.Within 30 days of hire you must have:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.*Within 6 months of hire you must have:Certificate in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).**If you do not have it, CRH provides training & time to acquire certification after employment.This position requires frequent standing, walking, talking and listening and lifting or moving more than 50 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
