Social Media Lead & Influencer

Location: Sunbury, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday (On-site position)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $20-$24 per hour based on qualifications

Fresh Roasted Coffee is launching a new venture in the pet space, and we are looking for a social-first creator to be its voice, its face, and its growth engine. If you live and breathe pet content, spot trends before the algorithm does, and know how to turn followers into a real community, this one is for you.

This is not a "post three times a week and clock out" content job. You will help shape a brand: its personality, its look, and its cultural footprint. You will also run Fresh Roasted Coffee's own social presence, keeping our established brand active and growing. Across both, you will be on camera, in the comments, and in the room for strategy.

• Run day-to-day social for the Fresh Roasted Coffee brand, keeping our established audience engaged and growing
• Be the public face and voice of the new pet brand across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and whatever platform comes next
• Create scroll-stopping, platform-native content and lead trend-driven ideas
• Grow and engage a loyal pet-loving community through content, comments, DMs, and live moments
• Drive real revenue through social commerce: Shop features, affiliate content, and live shopping
• Collaborate on product drops, influencer-led collections, and launch planning
• Build partnerships with other creators, brands, and media to expand our reach
• Track what is working and use the data to sharpen strategy and posting cadence

• An established personal social presence with an engaged following
• A proven track record of growing an audience and driving engagement
• Strong on-camera presence: charismatic, authentic, and comfortable being a brand's face
• Deep fluency in social trends, platform mechanics, and content formats
• The speed to react to a trend and turn around timely content within hours
• A genuine love of pets and pet-lifestyle content
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience with social commerce and affiliate content
• Self-shoot and editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Comfort with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio)
