Pharmacy Manager
Provide comprehensive medication therapy management and pharmacy services to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, oversee medication distribution and monitoring, educate patients and team members, and provide guidance to Pharmacy Technicians while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Support Pharmacy Leadership and training initiatives as needed.
Work Experience
- Doctorate of Pharmacy Required (PharmD) unless graduated from U.S. School of Pharmacy in or before 2003 OR Foreign Equivalent.
- 3 years required OR PGY-1 Residency.
- 1 year specialty pharmacy experience required for retail areas.
- Maryland Pharmacist License.
- Board Certified preferred.
