We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in a senior care community. Compensation & Benefits Shift: 8 hours, day shift (US) Scheduled weekly hours: 36 hours Salary range: $35.00 – $48.00 per hour for RNs, $26.00 – $36.00 per hour for LPNs. Sign‑on bonuses available for full‑time LPNs & RNs. Collaborate with residents, families and inter‑disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrate competency within full scope of nursing expertise and utilize appropriate age and population‑specific standards. Provide preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment for residents. Coordinate care, perform resident assessment and education, and implement various nursing interventions. Serve as charge nurse when required and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within scope. Supply adequate assistance to delegates for safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolution of concerns. Qualifications Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in nursing. Current unencumbered RN license with the state board where nursing practice occurs (multistate licensure allowed for NLC states).
