Job Summary
We are hiring Full-Time Permanent Operating Room Registered Nurses (OR RNs) for a leading acute care hospital in Overland Park, KS . This opportunity offers competitive pay, a collaborative surgical team, and excellent career growth in a modern operating room environment.
Position Highlights:
- Full-Time Permanent
- Day Shift (Rotating Weekends)
- 8 or 10-hour shifts
- Start Time: 6:45 AM
- Multiple Openings
- On-Call Required ($5/hr On-Call Pay)
- Relocation Assistance (Case by Case)
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and assist during surgical procedures
- Prepare patients before surgery
- Monitor patients throughout procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff
- Educate patients and families on surgical procedures and recovery
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure patient safety
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recent OR RN Scrub/Circulating experience
- Acute Care experience required
- Active Kansas RN License (or eligible)
- BLS Certification (within 30 days of hire)
- RN Diploma or higher
