Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) – Elevate Surgical Care
Location:  Kansas City, Missouri
Shifts: Days (7a–7p) | Nights (7p–7a)

$20K Sign-On Bonus

About the Role:
Step into a dynamic, high-impact environment where your skills directly influence life-saving outcomes. As an OR RN, you’ll be at the heart of surgical excellence—supporting patients through every stage of their perioperative journey while working alongside a collaborative, expert surgical team.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and assess patients before surgery with precision and care
• Play a key role in the OR (circulating/scrub) ensuring smooth surgical flow
• Champion patient safety through strict adherence to surgical protocols
• Monitor patients and respond swiftly in critical situations
• Educate patients and families with clarity and compassion
• Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year recent OR RN experience (scrub/circulating)
• Active RN license
• BLS certification (within 30 days)
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
