Advanced Line Cook 3

Summary The Advanced Line Cook 3 position at the Grand Hyatt Denver requires good communication skills and at least three years of previous line and fine dining experience. The cook will assist with banquet breakfasts and lunches in our Courier restaurant. A culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills, including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying and broiling.
