THE OPPORTUNITY
Join Desert Regional Medical Center's multispecialty group in Palm Springs. This employed position serves a diverse population (~700,000 residents) with large, established referral base and strong community demand. Flexible model with optional inpatient consults or fully outpatient.COMPENSATION
Base Salary: Starting from $230,000 Guaranteed income + productivity incentives Benefits: 401(k), CME allowance, PTO, malpractice coverage Support of large, nationally recognized healthcare system Administrative and operational supportCLINICAL PRACTICE
