Be part of our story—join us today!2nd Shift Manufacturing SupervisorKMC Stampings is seeking a 2nd shift manufacturing supervisor located at our Port Washington Park Street location. This position plays a critical role in overseeing and managing all manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely. This position is responsible for leading a team of production workers, coordinating workflow, and maintaining quality standards to meet customer specifications. The supervisor will monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity.
