Location: Maple Shade, NJ 08052

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9AM - 6PM
Pay: $21/hr 

Responsibilities:

• Handle new lease process from initial tour to move in – meeting and greeting prospective residents, conducting property presentation, application processing, closing and leasing signing
• Perform weekly market survey reports
• Maintain adequate inventory of leasing and tour documentation, ensuring accuracy, readiness, and compliance standards are consistently met
• Track supply levels for office essentials and move-in items, coordinating reorder as needed to prevent shortages
• Daily follow up on leads ensuring all questions are answered
• Perform daily inspections of the tour route and property cub appeal including all model unites and staged apartments
• Preparation of lease and move in paperwork
• Generate resident service requests and assist with general lease questions
• Deliver outstanding customer service to support and enhance resident satisfaction and retention

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of leasing experience
• Experience with RentCafe, CRM, and Yardi is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
