We foster a collaborative environment where your skills and creativity are valued—and rewarded.We offer:Competitive base salary with performance-based incentivesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysEmployee rent discountsTraining and career development opportunitiesA supportive and team-oriented cultureWhat You’ll Be DoingLeasing & Resident RelationsGreet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and explain community featuresManage the full leasing process from application to move-inProvide accurate information on pricing, availability, and policiesMaintain up-to-date resident files and support retention and renewal effortsConduct follow-up communications with prospects and residentsMarketing & VisibilityPromote the property through outreach efforts and marketing ideasMonitor advertising platforms and provide insight into digital performancePrepare competitive market surveys and analyze leasing trendsCreate engaging marketing content, including social media posts, photos, videos, and promotional campaigns to increase community awareness and resident engagement.Plan, coordinate, and host resident events that foster community involvement and enhance the resident experience.Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners through outreach and networking initiatives.Represent the property in a professional, outgoing, and engaging manner while promoting the community both online and in person.Collaborate with the onsite team to develop creative marketing strategies that drive traffic, leasing activity, and resident retention.Operations & SupportCollect applications, deposits, and other move-in fundsEnter service requests and coordinate with the maintenance teamHelp maintain curb appeal and inspect vacant units for show-readinessAssist with vendor or contractor access to units when neededWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED required; some college preferredOne or more years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience strongly preferredExcellent communication, organizational, and time management skillsFamiliarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing policiesBasic computer proficiency; comfort with digital toolsValid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportationFlexible schedule availability, including weekendsWho We AreArlington Properties is a respected property management company with a reputation for quality, service, and community.
