Remote Revenue Cycle Specialist

Medix

Medix is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (Revenue Cycle) for a remote, contract-to-hire role. You will serve as a primary contact for patients and support Revenue Cycle activities in a phone-based, high-volume call center.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, addressing billing questions, posting payments, and coordinating with internal teams. Training & post-training coverage align with Eastern/US time zones.
