Job Summary As an RN Trauma Nurse Lead PRN, your voice influences patient care through collaborative relationships with your direct manager and participation in hospital councils and national nursing initiatives, helping shape decisions that elevate patient outcomes and the future of nursing. What you will do in this role: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care. Assist with admission and discharge processes. Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement. Assist with staff scheduling. Qualifications Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date. Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date. (RN) Registered Nurse Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course, or PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
