Dental front office admin/receptionist
About Dental Harmony: We are a small and friendly family based dental practice that delivers high quality professional and personalized care. We cater to individuals and families not insurance based programs, which fosters a great work environment.
Job Responsibilities: Front desk responsibilities includes making phone call to patients and insurance companies. Scheduling appointments and collecting payments while discovering something new everyday about the people we treat.
Qualifications: Dentrix preferred or quick learner with dental software. Good team player while being able to work independently. A highly motivated and positive person to add to our growing practice.

$22~$28 per hour

Job Description
- Answering telephone calls, emails, and all correspondence promptly and professionally
- Scheduling appointments
- Collection of payments from patients and insurance plans
- Preparing charts/routing slips for next day appointments
- Keeping the front desk/office organized
- managing schedule for efficiency, growth, and productivity
- managing office supplies and equipment
- managing patient records
- Providing patient education
- Assisting Dr. with office meetings, reports and projects
- Opening and closing office, a shared responsibility
- Fostering positive and healthy relationships with patients, staff, and Dr.
- Most importantly, enjoying your workday!

Jobley Bonus: $37 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)
Shift & Schedule
- Work Hours: Mondays 2 PM - 6 PM Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 AM -5 PM
- Breaks: 30-60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Weekend Work: 6 Saturdays over the course of 1 year 9-1 pm.
- Approximately 20 hours work week
