Job Description Horizon Center, 10325 Meanley Drive, San Diego, California, United States of America Responsibilities Serving as the first point of contact, handling inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence Resolving member inquiries and transactions accurately and efficiently—right on the call Processing routine account transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, official checks, and opening certificates of deposit Supporting multiple call queues (Account Information + at least one additional skill area such as Loan Inquiry, Card Information, or Technical Assistance) Identifying opportunities to cross‑sell products that truly meet member needs Consistently achieving monthly goals for member experience, quality, efficiency, and schedule adherence Protecting member and company assets by following all security, authorization, and compliance standards Actively participating in team meetings, sales programs, contests, and department initiatives Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (required) TC I: Minimum six months of customer service experience; call center experience, including a financial institution or similar industry, is preferred. TC II: Minimum one year of customer service experience; call center experience, including a financial institution or similar industry, is preferred. TC III: Minimum three years of customer service experience; call center experience, including a financial institution or similar industry, is preferred.
