What You'll Do

• Lead all day-to-day maintenance operations for the community
• Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members
• Complete and oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns
• Maintain the property's grounds, buildings, and amenities
• Coordinate and manage outside vendors when needed
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance supervisor experience required
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Excellent leadership, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
