Commercial Property Manager

A well-established Charlotte-based commercial real estate firm is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee and help grow its property management platform, with a primary focus on industrial, flex, warehouse, and outdoor storage properties throughout the Charlotte region. This is more than a traditional property management role—it's a leadership-track opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to make an impact, improve processes, build client relationships, and help shape the future of a growing platform. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors Coordinate maintenance, capital projects, inspections, and service contracts Oversee budgeting, reporting, rent collections, CAM reconciliations, and financial performance Support client retention and new business development efforts Improve processes, reporting systems, and operational efficiencies Play a key role in building a scalable property management platform What We're Looking For 2–5 years of experience in commercial property management, real estate, accounting, operations, construction coordination, or a related field Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Experience working with leases, budgets, vendors, and tenant relations Knowledge of property accounting and reporting preferred Experience with Yardi is a plus North Carolina real estate license preferred, but not required Why This Opportunity?
