Social Media Specialist

Led by three nationally recognized, double board-certified facial plastic surgeons and a team of highly skilled facial experts, L&P Aesthetics specializes in surgical transformations that look effortlessly natural, alongside strategic nonsurgical treatments tailored to meet every patient wherever they are on their aesthetic journey. We're looking for a highly creative, motivated Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team and elevate our clinics and brands with engaging, trendsetting content across multiple platforms.

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Social Media Specialist on our marketing team, you'll plan, capture, edit, post short-form content that showcases our treatments, services, and office personalities. You'll create on-brand, informative, and entertaining videos aligned with the latest social trends to educate our community and attract new clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Film, edit, and post engaging, on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms. Collaborate with the Marketing Director and social team to plan and execute content that aligns with campaigns and seasonal promotions. Coordinate with the medical team's schedule to film content featuring consenting patients and providers. Develop and maintain content calendars across multiple accounts and platforms. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and cultivate active online communities across platforms. Track content performance using analytics tools to inform and optimize future posts and drive engagement. Experiment with new creative concepts and campaigns to keep content fresh and highly engaging. Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all content. Stay current on social media trends and challenges, and pivot strategy quickly when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a creative content creator on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Must have a portfolio or content examples to apply. Strong grasp of social trends, algorithms, and best practices, with a track record of growing accounts. Skilled in filming, editing, and basic graphic design, with experience including but not limited to CapCut and Adobe Premiere. Highly creative and self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects independently while also collaborating with a marketing team. Comfortable capturing content in real time in clinical settings, including procedure rooms, with patients and providers. Quick to adapt to new trends and platform changes, with the ability to develop fresh strategies to grow visibility. Able to work efficiently within busy schedules and tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in the beauty, skincare, or medical aesthetic industry. Familiarity with influencer marketing and social media growth strategies.
