Business Analyst

Job Summary: The Business Analyst 3 role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, leading testing efforts, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. The position requires expertise in data mapping, test planning, and working within both waterfall and agile methodologies. The analyst will focus on implementing Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, and ITSM tools, ensuring alignment of application requirements and identifying risks and constraints. Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements (30%). Perform data mapping and data analysis for new system implementations and interfaces (30%). Lead testing efforts including test planning and execution (30%). Participate in meetings and collaborate with stakeholders (10%). Identify overlaps, risks, and constraints in application requirements and implementation strategies. Support Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, and ITSM tool implementations. Required Skills & Certifications: 7+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst. 5+ years of test lead and test planning experience. 5+ years experience in data mapping for system implementations and interfaces. Ability to work effectively in both waterfall and agile environments. Strong skills in identifying overlaps and key connections during requirements gathering. Experience with Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, and ITSM tools implementations. Preferred Skills & Certifications: Experience with Onspring and Neurons platforms. Special Considerations: Strict prohibition on taking or using government equipment outside of the United States; violation results in immediate termination and ineligibility for rehire.
