AR Analyst - Government Contracts - FAR

Location: Hybrid (4 days in office, Work From Home on Fridays) What They're Looking For Progress Billing / Defense-Based Billing experience Experience with Unanet (strongly preferred) Government Contract Accounting experience , including familiarity with FAR regulations Key Responsibilities Manage the full Accounts Receivable lifecycle Prepare and issue customer invoices Apply and reconcile incoming payments Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment delays Manage collections and customer follow-up Process credit memos and adjustments Support month-end close and AR reporting Assist with additional accounting functions as needed Why Candidates Are Interested Significant ownership and visibility within the organization Opportunity to wear multiple hats and broaden accounting experience Strong company growth through 10+ acquisitions over the last few years Long-term, family-oriented leadership with a focus on business continuity and growth Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time Occasional after-hours and weekend work may be required during peak periods Ideal Candidate 3+ years of AR/Billing experience Experience billing government contracts Familiarity with Progress Billing and Defense Contract Billing Strong collections, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr S+H Search
