Crate Builder

We are seeking a skilled Crate Builder to join our worksite. In this role, you will utilize woodworking skills to construct crate shells, ensuring precision and quality in every project.

Responsibilities

• Construct crate shells using wood, saws, tape measures, and handheld tools.
• Operate a forklift and nail gun effectively.
• Read and follow schematics to ensure accuracy.
• Perform paint preparation and sanding tasks.
• Sign off on installed safety chips.

• Experience in assembly and carpentry.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Skill in using nail guns and table saws.

• Experience in crate building with a focus on precision.
• Mechanical understanding and production skills.
• Experience with woodworking and crating.

This role operates within a structured schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The worksite is equipped with all necessary tools, including hand tools, power tools, and forklifts. Safety is paramount, and signing off on safety chips is required. Dress code is casual, suitable for carpentry and crate building tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
