Transition Advisor (Part-Time)

The Transition Advisor will work with individuals in a one-to-one ratio as well as facilitate virtual group classes on weekday afternoons/evenings between the hours of 1:00 p.m. – 8:45 p.m. depending on supported individuals availability (scheduled roughly 5–10 hours/week). Staff must reside around the Saint Louis Metro area to be eligible for this role. What you will do: Manage caseload with required 1:1 virtual sessions Provide personalized support that is aligned with programmatic goals and outcomes Implement and modify curriculum for classes Facilitate and/or co-facilitate classes based on setting goals, navigating resources and increasing independence Complete monthly evaluations for each individual on caseload Maintain and update activities and resources focused on transition-aged individuals What you can expect from us: We'll celebrate and empower your unique gifts and contributions.
