Transition Advisor: Virtual Support for Young Adults
Northeast Arc
Northeast Arc is seeking a Transition Advisor in St. Louis, MO to provide personalized support to transition age individuals in a one-to-one ratio and facilitate virtual classes. The role requires at least 2 years of experience and a preferred Bachelor’s Degree. You will manage a caseload, customize curriculum, and evaluate progress monthly.
