Join Our Caring CommunityThe Receptionist manages front desk operations and provides administrative support within a physician practice or center. You will ensure a welcoming experience for all patients and visitors and supports the medical team with routine administrative tasks under close guidance and established guidelines. You will report to the Center Administrator.Job Responsibilities:Greet patients and visitors in person and by phoneManage patient appointments and coordinate with medical staffUpdate patient records in EMR and CRM systemsProcess billing, update accounts, and collect copaymentsAnswer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide informationMaintain a clean and organized reception areaSupport office tasks such as ordering supplies and arranging couriersMake decisions within established guidelinesRequired Qualifications:1+ year healthcare front office experienceExcellent customer service and phone skillsEffective multitasking in fast-paced settingsDetail-oriented and organizedProficient in Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications:1+ years value-based care experienceMedical terminology knowledgeEMR systems experienceBilingual: English & SpanishWork Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00Location: Onsite at Ormond Beach, FLAdditional Information: This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40Pay Range: $38,000 - $45,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
