Fleet Coordinator

Fleet Coordinator Assists in administrating and coordinating vehicle fleet program. Prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, drivers, and ensures safety and compliance requirements are met. Position Details Updates and maintains fleet tracking system. Maintains accurate record of vehicle inventory, drivers and insurance. Schedules vehicle assignments. Coordinates vehicle deliveries, transfers, or pick-ups between different locations. Orients drivers and communicates safety and maintenance policy. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements related to vehicle registration, licensing, and insurance. Coordinates lease management. Plans and coordinates vehicle assignments based on demand and availability. Supports insurance administration, including acting as liaison between insurance companies and employees. Reports incident/accident and/or damages. Processes, tracks and reports fleet expenses. Plans and schedules maintenance programs to ensure all vehicles are in good working condition. Generates reports on fleet utilization, maintenance costs, and other key performance metrics as appropriate.
